Ms. Golden Delicious

02 Cabaret (2017-Present)

I have found a fulfilling home on the cabaret stage. My first solo cabaret, a mostly-lip synced tribute to enthusiasm called GOOD JOB! debuted at NYC's Duplex Cabaret in Winter 2018, returning 3 times before a monthlong run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

In September 2022 I debuted my second one woman show, The Perfect Fabulous Life of Ms. Golden Delicious, which explored queer failure, self-actualization, and a silly, if unsuccessful attempt at burlesque.

I've also been asked to perform at legendary cabaret venues in NYC like Joe's Pub and the Slipper Room, largely through my involvement in the NYC alt-comedy scene, where I was often the only drag queen on lineups mostly consisting of standups and character performers.

01 Nightlife (2016- Present)

When I created Ms. Golden Delicious in the summer of 2016, I immediately knew that I was being called to pursue gender performance. Drag allowed me to express feelings about my place in the entertainment industry as a genderqueer person, and I found a home in multiple nightlife venues, where I hosted weekly and monthly shows at spots like Boxers NYC, The West End Lounge, Fresco's Cantina and Bedlam.

Nightlife performance also became an invaluable networking opportunity. My performances as Golden have led to work with Buzzfeed, Netflix (as a featured queen on their reboot of Tales of the City), The Governors Ball, and on SCRUFF's hit gameshow, "Hosting.”

03 Digital (2016-Present)

As I learned to produce my own work, the necessity of creating online content to promote my performances became apparent. My online philosophy for Golden has always been to create the kind of content I enjoy: silly, thoughtful, wacky, and well-produced.

Here, see an example of a music video created to promote Two Tuckers, featuring an original song from the show.
